Soph and I came together with a shared ideal; an alternative to big name shops that have no interest in the welfare of people, soil, heritage, livelihood and wellbeing.
A space where you can shop consciously, with options that are clean, sustainable, and moral.
A place you can trust, with no hidden ingredients, non-toxic sustenance.
A open-door, open hearted, wholesome, loving space with community, kindness and respect at it's core.
A living experience of conscious shopping, rather than a white-lit, faceless space set to serving it's own totals rather than the body's that enter it.
Kindness, respect and inclusivity:
everyone deserves a chance to make healthy choices, and be treat with compassion, respect and openness.
Health and wellbeing:
at the forefront of our shop is the consciousness of what goes into our body is what becomes our body. We want to provide our customers with a plethora of choices that enable them to fuel their body cleanly and wholesomely. Access to nourishing practices with the goal of a healthy body and a healthy mind.
Consciousness to the environment, both big and small:
whether it be our immediate environment; the houses we live in, the village we share, the wider country and world; we want to make choices that sow nourishment back into the environment, not depletion and overconsumption. This extends to the people around us as well, we wan to meet people with abundance, a healthy balance of give and take.
Open mind and open heart:
we will enter openly into the interactions with our customer's openly. we will happily and heartfully have conversations of what health means to them and take into consideration any criticism. We are here to work with our customers, not separate of.
Everyone of every capacity is welcome in our shop.
Community:
we value togetherness and making choices considerate of the people within our community and the wider world. Setting out to work together as a team, stepping forward to act together.

We're in the midst of building up our community engagement.
This will bring supper clubs, fermentation workshops, pickle clubs, various health education events.
Our goal is the encourage engagement with healthy practices, education and foods. to provide our community with the resources and the tools to level up their lives.
It's our intention also, to become closer to our customers, to nurture a space of inclusion, involvement and connectedness.
